专利说明:

The invention relates to a connection profile for plaster adjacent components, in particular for window or door frames, with a sealing leg samtPutzabzugsleiste, which sealing leg component side has a sealing tape for attachment to the component, wherein the sealing strip is secured with an adhesive on the sealing leg, the holding force in relation to that of a component side Adhesive is tuned such that at a tensile or shear movement first the sealing strip from the sealing leg dissolves.
Sealing tapes, for example double-sided tapes, with which plaster connection profiles are fastened to window or door sills have the disadvantage that relative movements (tensile and shear movements) between the adjacent fitting and the facade can only be absorbed to a slight extent. Usually, the extensibility of the sealing strip is about 10% of the strip thickness. A sealing tape with a thickness of 4 mm can, for example, only absorb movements of the façade away from the window or door frame to the extent of approx. 0.4 mm. For larger relative movements, the sealing tape is detached from the adjoining component, resulting in unsightly joints and gaps, into which moisture from the outside can penetrate.
A soffit connection profile, which to a degree allows both vertical movement and pulling in a direction away from the adjacent component, is described in EP 1 479 848 A1. This profile, according to Fig. 1, has a sealing leg which is provided on the component side with a sealing band and connected in a U-shaped arrangement with an outer leg. A relative movement between the sealing leg and outer leg is received by a flexible tab which connects the sealing leg to the outer leg. The outer leg has a substantially perpendicular thereto angled Einputzsteg, as well as a plaster reinforcement fabric. The outer leg is further equipped with a component-facing cover strip, which projects beyond the gap between the sealing leg and the outer leg. On both sides of the sealing strip, sealing lips projecting towards the component are made of a soft or hard plastic. The disadvantage is the relatively complicated construction and the great expense for producing such a profile. With a tensile load normal to the mounting plane, an outwardly open gap between the sealing leg and the outer leg opens so that moisture can penetrate to the flexible tab.
Hdrgdätellfe, a one-piece wiring connection profile for plaster-adjacent components comprises a sealing leg, which is fastened to the component with the interposition of a sealing tape with an adhesive agent (for example adhesive layer) in EP 1 093 338. An adhesive (e.g. adhesive layer) is also provided at the contact surfaces of the sealing band to the sealing leg, the adhesive force of which is smaller than that of the adhesive to the component, for example due to the smaller adhesive surfaces or lower adhesive application. The sealing tape together with adhesive can be designed, for example, as a double-sided adhesive tape. On the sealing leg, a sealing web projecting in the direction of the component is arranged laterally of the sealing strip and slidingly abuts against the narrow side of the sealing strip. The sealing leg and sealing band form a closed receiving space upon installation of the soffit port profile in which an expanding, permanently elastic foam member is disposed in its compressed form. In a traction or shear motion, the sealing tape disengages from the sealing leg and the expanding resilient foam element is released.
The object of the invention is to propose a connection profile for components adjacent to plaster, which is suitable for compensating for shearing movements or tensile loads away from the adjacent component, whereby the production, storage and processing of the profile are to be simplified.
This object is achieved in that an elastic sealing loop is attached to the Putzabzugsleistedes the sealing leg, which is anchored in or onSichtungsband. After the decoupling of the adhesive layer, which is formed between the sealing leg and the sealing strip, the sealing strip remains on the component, wherein the elastic sealing loop still produces a sealed soffit connection. The connection profile eliminates the need for an expanding foam element, thus precluding premature expansion during storage or processing.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the sealing band has in its cleaning side narrow side a slot-shaped receptacle which receives a retaining leg of the elastic sealing loop. The elastic sealing loop is preferably integrally formed by means of coextrusion on the plaster take-off strip. The holding leg of the elastic sealing loop is made of hard plastic, in order to insert it smoothly into the slot-shaped receptacle of the sealing strip.
An advantageous embodiment variant of the connection profile is designed in two parts, wherein the plaster release strip is fastened displaceably in the longitudinal direction of the profile in a groove-shaped receptacle of the sealing leg. This design improves mobility in all spatial directions (3D profile).
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to drawings. Show it:
1 shows a first embodiment variant of the connection profile according to the invention for adjacent components in a three-dimensional representation in the installation situation;
Fig. 2 shows the connection profile of FIG. 1 with a tensile load from
Sealing tape lifted sealing leg in a sectional view;
FIG. 3 shows a variant of the connection profile according to FIG. 1 in the installation situation; FIG.
4 shows a second embodiment variant of the connection profile according to the invention for components adjacent to plaster in a three-dimensional representation in the installation situation;
Fig. 5 shows the connection profile of FIG. 4 with a tensile load from
Sealing tape lifted sealing leg in a three-dimensional representation; such as
6 shows a variant of the connection profile according to FIG. 4 after a tensile load according to FIG. 6.
The connection profile 1 of the first embodiment variant illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 serves as a plaster connection strip and is adhesively bonded, for example, to window or door frames, wherein an insulating layer (not shown here) can be arranged below the applied plaster layer. The sealing leg 2 has on the component side a sealing strip 3 which is provided on both sides with adhesive or adhesive layers 4, 5. The adhesive 5, with which the sealant tape 3 is attached to the seal leg 2, is adjusted with respect to the holding force relative to that of the component-side adhesive 4 such that, in a pulling or shearing motion, the sealing tape 3 first comes loose from the seal leg 2. This can for example be facilitated by the sealing leg 2 on its side facing the sealing strip 3
Formations, preferably stripes-the Weltehföffnige surveys 15, which reduce the holding force in this plane.
In the installation situation according to FIG. 1, the sealing leg 2 sticks with its stiffened elevations 15 to the sealing strip 2. During a later relative movement between the plaster layer and the component 10, in particular with a tensile stress normal to the installation plane, the adhesive 5 separates from the sealing leg 2 as shown in FIG. wherein the sealing function is taken over by an elastic sealing loop 7, which is attached to the plaster take-off strip 6 of the sealing leg 2 and anchored in the sealing strip 3.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the sealing strip 2 has in its narrow side 8 on the plaster side a slot-shaped receptacle 9 which receives a retaining leg 11 of the elastic sealing loop 7. The receptacle 9 and the retaining leg 11 of the sealing loop 7 have interlocking locking means, which engage in the receptacle 9 when inserting the retaining leg 11 inextricably.
The elastic sealing loop 7 is preferably integrally formed by means of coextrusion on the plaster removal strip 6, wherein the retaining leg 11 at the other end of the elastic sealing loop 7 is preferably made of hard plastic and may also be integrally formed by coextrusion.
The plaster strip 6 or 6 'has in a known manner a detachable protective leg 17 for the plaster work, which is preferably fastened via a break point 18 on the plaster strip 6, or 6'.
The sealing leg 2 of the connection profile 1 has, in a known manner, a plastered web 13, which protrudes essentially at right angles from the sealing leg 2 and to which preferably a reinforcing mesh 14 is fastened. The attachment of the garniture grid 14 is carried out, for example, by means of an extruded plastic strip 19.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the elastic sealing loop 7 has a retaining limb 1Γ which is fastened, preferably glued, to the side of the sealing band 2 facing away from the component 10. The holding leg 11 'can be arranged in a gap 16 which is formed by the stiff or wave-shaped elevations 15 between the sealing strip 3 and the sealing leg 2.
The second embodiment of the effiendtfngSgeniäßelf AilSchlussprofils 1, shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is formed in two parts, wherein the plaster strip 6 'in the profile longitudinal direction (see arrow 20) is slidably mounted in a groove-shaped receptacle 12 of the sealing leg 2. As a result, relative movements between the plaster and the component 10 in the longitudinal direction of the profile can also be better compensated (3D profile). The sealing leg 2 may be wedge-shaped in cross-section, the material thickness of which is greatest in the region of the groove-shaped receptacle 12.
Finally, FIG. 6 shows a variant of the two-part terminal strip according to FIGS. 4 and 5, in which the elastic sealing loop 7 has a holding leg 11 'which is fastened, preferably glued, to the side of the sealing strip 2 facing away from the component 10. The retaining leg 11 'can - as in the variant according to FIG. 3 - be arranged in a gap 16 which is formed by the stiff or wavy elevations 15 between the sealing strip 3 and the sealing leg 2.
